Geography
Croatia is a country located at the crossroads of Southeast and Central Europe. Its coast lies entirely on the Adriatic Sea. It borders Slovenia to the northwest, Hungary to the northeast, Serbia to the east, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro to the southeast, and shares a maritime border with Italy to the west and southwest.

About my Marija
Marija is a climate and social justice activist. She's been active in Zelena akcija/Friends of the Earth Croatia (@zelenaakcija ) for 13 years. She is currently the vice president of the association, and is also the Communications Manager and Gas Phase-out Campaigner. She works on the topics of climate change and energy, and is trying to include the perspective of social justice, feminism and human rights. She is active in the international climate justice movement and has participated in events such as the UN climate negotiations, and numerous actions and national campaigns against harmful fossil fuel projects like the successful S.O.S. Adriatic.
